I love Taco Bell, but your employees are not ready on time for opening. Store hours say they open at 10 am and they were almost an hour past actual opening hours. If your employees aren’t going to be punctual, then maybe change the store hours so customers aren’t waiting outside while they prepare the store for opening.

I got ran over by a car when I was riding in my GREEN wheelchair, but I wa parking in car area so it OK. I ordered some cool stuff! Or you can say, hot stuff my burrito was served, BOILING hot... It OK, me lava boy. I really took my anger out on those bathrooms I saw two dead cockroaches in the bathroom, it OK, me ate the cockroaches. It was so quiet! But when I dunked on the toilet the room lit up! Love, NotKaren_67

Food: Decent amount with its price range , mildly bland taste and strong burnt taste with the wrapper on burrito ( recommended: cinnamon twists ) Service: It's a self service method where you wait for your order no. to get the food, but response time is immediate like asking for water , tissues, cleaning the table Atmosphere: cramp space so limited sitting , then it has a "regular chair" with a " high table" , kinda hard to access your food, lastly cell coverage sucks

Happy that this exists. I was super excited to see this place on Google Maps after not having Taco Bell in 7 years. Location on Google Maps isn't correct. It's on the 2nd floor of One Ayala. It's next to the Dairy Queen. I requested an update on Google Maps so hopefully it helps!

Place is clean and staff are attentive. However, food is below average. Goes for all branches of Taco Bell in the Philippines. Got the nachos and it was fine, but I can get better nachos from other establishments at the same price.

One of the nicest Taco Bell branches I’ve visited! The service was excellent—staff were super friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. Tried the Flamin’ Valentine’s Combo, which includes: Flamin’ Nachos Overload Guacamole, XL Cheese and Beef Quesadilla, Cinnamon Twists (2x) and 12oz Soda (2x) A fun and flavorful meal to share! Definitely worth trying if you love a little spice in your life.

I’m an American who has been living in PH for over a year now and can say that this Taco Bell location is very satisfying and exceeded my standards. We ran into an issue but the manager, Darwin was quick to ensure we were taken care of. Not only was the food great, but their customer service was also great. Thank you Darwin and Taco Bell Philippines for ensuring that the food quality standard is upheld.
